Arsenal have completed the signing of their long term target, Santiago Cazorla. The former Malaga wing wizard was in London last week for his medical and according to reports, the Spain international has completed his move to the Emirates.
The departure of Cazorla from Malaga was further confirmed by his teammate Enzo Maresca, who said:
He (Pellegrini) is fundamental for us, just as Cazorla and Rondon were fundamental and who have had to be sold.
The Spanish playmaker will officially become third major acquisition of the summer after Arsenal signed Podolski and Giroud at the end of last season. Cazorla is thought to have cost Gunners in the region of £18 million, which is a club record.
